Junichi Nakahara (1916-1983). Prominent Japanese illustrator of early Shōwa period. Trailblazer of “big eyed art” in Japan. He became well-known throughout Japan for his work of 1920’s Shōjo no Tomo covers. This exhibition will be held at Yayoi Museum(Bunkyō-ku, Tokyo), from September 30th to December 25th. Worth Visiting.
